CaveTV
By AD 3000, domestic animals had become so successful at adapting to human standards that humans had ceased to exist. So instead of there being house pets living alongside humans, different animal species now live together in apartments and houses. Here's a typical scenario:
After a long day's work, Perry the Possum plopped on the couch to watch Phineas and Ferb, to which a po-faced Plato the Platypus piped up, "Turn off the telly! You're wasting your time away living in the cave."
"Sometimes you speak with the confidence of the author of the Republic," groaned Perry.
"I do have the same name after all!" retorted Plato.
"That much is true. You know, back when there were humans, Canadian television viewers used to have CraveTV. But as for me, I'm watching CaveTV!"
